Digital Products (Template Kits)

Because our template kits are digital goods delivered instantly and contain license keys that cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds are issued once a license key has been delivered.

Services (Software & Web3 Development)

Custom development and marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project has not yet started and you request cancellation, we may issue a refund at our discretion, less any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you to resolve any genuine issue. Fraudulent disputes may result in termination of access and revocation of license keys.
