1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any product or service from Fortis Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products or services.

2. Products & Services

Fortis Digital provides website template kits, software and Web3 development services, production deployments, and marketing/PR services. All deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available", subject to the terms of the specific order or agreement governing each engagement.

3. Licenses

• Template kits are licensed on a per-domain, perpetual basis. Each license key is bound to a single domain and is non-transferable except where a transfer is expressly agreed in writing.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files or license keys without our prior written consent.
• Custom development deliverables are owned by you upon full payment, subject to any third-party licenses incorporated in the work.

4. Payments & Fees

Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and may change without notice. All amounts are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase.

5. No Financial or Investment Advice

Fortis Digital is a software and marketing services provider. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no statement made by us should be interpreted as a promise of any particular outcome, return, or market performance. Digital assets involve significant risk.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortis Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products or services if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
