Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any product from Fortis Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Products

Fortis Digital sells digital products: downloadable website template kits that include a licence key. We do not sell services. Products are provided "as is" and "as available", subject to the terms of the specific order governing each purchase.

3. Licenses

• Template kits are licensed on a per-domain, per-year basis. Each licence key is bound to a single domain and is valid for 365 days from the date of issue, and is non-transferable except where a transfer is expressly agreed in writing.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files or license keys without our prior written consent.
• You own the copy, images and content you add to the template.

4. Payments & Fees

Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and may change without notice. All amounts are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase.

5. Purchases, Billing & Cancellation

All products are sold as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal will ever be charged automatically. If we introduce a subscription product in future, it will be cancellable at any time from the product itself or through the Creem Customer Portal, and we will say so on the product page before you buy.

6. No Advice

Nothing we provide constitutes professional advice of any kind, and no statement made by us should be interpreted as a promise of any particular outcome or result.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortis Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use of our products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use of our products is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: one licence covers one domain, and the template files and licence keys may not be resold or redistributed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Support

Support is available at hello@fortisdigital.dev. We aim to reply to every support request within 3 business days.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
